Flap meat or flap steak is a thin, relatively lean, coarse-grained steak that comes from the belly of the steer, near the same area as flank steak. Also known as a sirloin tip in the US or bavette steak in France. Our bavette steak is 100% halal and is great cut into cubes for kebabs or in long, fat strips, as well as whole for grilling.
