Samura DAMASCUS Steak knife 4.7"/120 mm

It’s a professional one-piece knife with a thin, sharp blade capable for two-sided sharpening. The central layer of the steel VGold-10 gives an excellent cut and an outstanding long-term sharpness. The Damascus liners SUS 430 and SUS 431 add great elasticity and don’t allow the central layer to break. The ergonomic G-10 handle is made of moisture and heat resistant material. The knife is available in two versions- with and without serrations.
